Nick Motta is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Oakland, California. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing development site sales, joint venture structuring, and existing commercial property sales throughout Northern California.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Motta served as an investment analyst at Newmark, where he supported commercial real estate investment sales in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Motta earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate and a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
