Parker Bryant is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Tampa, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales and equity capital raise assignments, with a focus on Central and Southwest Florida.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Bryant served as an associate of debt capital markets at Peachtree Group. Before that, he was an analyst at Newmark, where he worked on national loan sale advisory assignments.

Parker earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
