Paul Darrow is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing multifamily property sales throughout Los Angeles County, with a focus on middle-market and institituional transactions. He has 20 years of experience and has sold more than $5 billion in multifamily properties across more than 300 transactions. He advises high-net-worth and institutional investors on acquisition and disposition strategies and is frequently cited in national and regional business publications.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Darrow served as a senior director at Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on the marketing and disposition of multifamily assets and development opportunities. Before that, he was a managing director at Cushman & Wakefield.  

Darrow earned a bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of Florida. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute and is a LEED-certified professional.
