Pavi Mohan is a senior vice president of Affordable Housing | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Tracy, California. In this role, she oversees the firm’s affordable housing asset management department, providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership across a nationwide portfolio. She is responsible for the oversight and management of approximately $10 billion in equity investments representing approximately 650 affordable housing assets across rural, suburban, and urban markets throughout the United States.

Prior to her current role, Mohan served as vice president of asset management at Alliant Capital, which was later acquired by Walker & Dunlop, where she oversaw affordable housing asset management activities and portfolio performance across the firm’s equity investments.

Mohan earned a bachelor’s degree from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning in India and completed training in chartered accountancy in India. Outside of Walker & Dunlop, she is a member of the Women’s Affordable Housing Network and the Mortgage Bankers Association and is involved with the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization, a global nonprofit dedicated to humanitarian service.
