Pete Carroll is a managing director of research and securities at Zelman, based in Bay Village, Ohio. In his role, he is responsible for working with institutional investors in New York and the Midwest.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Carroll worked in institutional sales at FTN Midwest Securities, where he focused on selling investment products to large institutional clients.

Mr. Carroll earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University and his master's degree in business from Case Western Reserve University.
