Peter Antonopoulos is a senior managing director of Affordable Housing | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Connecticut. In this role, Antonopoulos leads equity investor relations initiatives for the firm’s affordable housing platform and focuses on investor relations, investment due diligence, and fund investment strategies. He has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate and asset management experience.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Antonopoulos served as executive vice president of fund investment opportunities at The Richman Group, where he specialized in investor relations, investment due diligence, and upper-tier fund modeling. Before that, he served as vice president at Richman Asset Management. Earlier in his career, he worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Antonopoulos earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fairfield University and is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut.
