Peter Brown is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales and capital raise assignments, with a focus on Washington, D.C., and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Prior to his current role, Brown served as a senior analyst within Walker & Dunlop’s investment sales platform. Before that, he served on the firm’s FHA Finance platform, where he supported multifamily financing and transaction execution.

Brown earned a bachelor’s degree in international and global studies, with a minor in business, from The University of the South.
