Preyaa Strzalkowski
Senior Director
Preyaa Strzalkowski is a senior director of Affordable Production at Walker & Dunlop, based in New York. In her role, she is responsible for government-sponsored enterprise (GSE) originations for both conventional and affordable housing product lines, as well as FHA financing and bridge lending.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Strzalkowski worked in both screening and production roles within Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital team. During her tenure at Wells Fargo, she garnered experience in debt financing, specifically focusing on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet lending.
Ms. Strzalkowski earned her bachelor’s degree in finance, law, and real estate from Boston University and her master’s degree in real estate from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University. Outside of the company, she is the founder and president of The Full Life Foundation for Lynch Syndrome, a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation.
