Preyaa Strzalkowski is a senior director of Affordable Housing | Debt at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, Strzalkowski is responsible for government-sponsored enterprise originations for conventional and affordable housing product lines, as well as FHA financing and bridge lending. She has extensive experience in debt financing with a focus on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet lending solutions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Strzalkowski served as a vice president at Wells Fargo, where she held both screening and production roles within the firm’s multifamily capital platform. Earlier in her career, she completed finance internships at Wells Fargo and Barclays Wealth Management.

Strzalkowski earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, law, and real estate from Boston University and a master’s degree in real estate from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University. She is the founder and president of The Full Life Foundation for Lynch Syndrome, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
