Rich Ferreira
Director
Rich Ferreira, Director, is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Los Angeles, California, office and is responsible for originating and structuring financing opportunities for all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide. Mr. Ferreira specializes in multifamily and commercial loan originations utilizing direct relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, banks, and life insurance companies.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Ferreira served as a Director at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company. Throughout his career, Mr. Ferreira has underwritten and closed more than $1 billion in debt and equity financing for multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hotel, manufactured housing, and self-storage properties. He was previously an Assistant Vice President at Marsh & McLennan Companies, one of the world’s leading insurance brokers and risk advisors, where he arranged surety bonding for multinational contractors, public homebuilders, and private real estate developers.
Mr. Ferreira earned bachelor’s degrees in international studies and French from Dickinson College.
