Riley Hall
Associate Director, Investment Sales
Riley Hall is an associate director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets, with a focus on the Southeast.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hall was a capital markets analyst at Southern Land Company in Nashville, TN where he was involved in all phases of the development process. This included sourcing debt and equity for new projects from both new and existing capital partners, as well as handling investor relations for properties that were under development, delivered, or moving towards disposition.
Mr. Hall earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from The University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Riley is a licensed real estate professional in Georgia and Tennessee.
