Riley Hall is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets, with a focus on the Southeast region.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hall served as a capital markets analyst at Southern Land Company in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was involved in all phases of the development process. His responsibilities included sourcing debt and equity for new projects from new and existing capital partners and managing investor relations for properties under development, recently delivered, or approaching disposition.

Hall earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a licensed real estate professional in Georgia and Tennessee.
