Riley Manke is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, he leads new loan originations and closings for multifamily and commercial properties nationwide. With more than 13 years of industry experience, he has closed more than $2.50 billion in loan volume across multiple commercial real estate asset classes.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Manke served as a director at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company and previously worked at an international real estate brokerage firm. He has been recognized as a GlobeSt. 40 Under 40 honoree in 2021 and was named a GlobeSt. Influencer in Retail Real Estate in 2025.

Manke earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He resides in Santa Barbara, California, with his wife, Camille, and their son, Remy.
