Riley Manke is a director of capital markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, he leads new loan originations and closings for multifamily and commercial properties nationwide. With more than 10 years in the industry, Mr. Manke has closed over $2 billion in loan volume across all asset classes of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Manke served as a director at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company (GEMB), as well at an international real estate brokerage firm. His expertise and leadership have earned him recognition, including being named to the 2021 Globe Street 40 Under 40 list and as a 2025 Globe Street Influencer in Retail Real Estate.

Mr. Manke earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He resides in Santa Barbara with his wife, Camille, and their son, Remy.
