Rob Boydston is a managing director and head of equity asset management of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s equity asset management platform, including monitoring business plan execution and market performance, preparing investor reporting, managing investment contributions and cash flow distributions, and tracking investment- and fund-level performance.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Boydston began his career as a certified public accountant with the real estate practice of a public accounting firm, where he performed audits and prepared financial statements for developers, investors, and managers of commercial and multifamily properties. Before that, he joined Equity Office Properties Trust, where he served in various portfolio management roles and gained experience across commercial and medical office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and self-storage properties.

Boydston earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washburn University and a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University.
