Ronnie Cavalieri is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, Cavalieri is responsible for nationwide middle-market loan originations within the firm’s small-balance multifamily lending group.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Cavalieri served as a director of mortgage banking at Berkadia, where he oversaw government-sponsored enterprise multifamily financing nationwide and previously managed the firm’s small loan originations platform across its national network. Before that, he served as a vice president at Capital One Multifamily Finance, where he managed GSE small loan production following the platform’s launch in 2015. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Marcus & Millichap and Arbor Commercial Mortgage.

Cavalieri earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship from the Boston University Questrom School of Business.
