Ryan Blakeman
Senior Director
Ryan Blakeman is a Senior Director for Apprise, a Walker & Dunlop company. In his role, he is responsible for valuation and advisory in the Southwest region. Mr. Blakeman brings nine years of appraisal experience to Apprise.
Prior to joining Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Blakeman was a Senior Valuation Specialist within the Valuation & Advisory of another major national firm operating out of their Dallas office.
Mr. Blakeman earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of North Texas. He also holds a Certified General Appraiser License through the State of Texas.
