Ryan Epstein, Managing Director, works within the Investment Sales team of Walker & Dunlop’s Houston, Texas office. In this role, Mr. Epstein has positioned his team as a dominant force in the Houston and San Antonio Multifamily markets. Ryan has brought with him over 15 years of multifamily sales experience with a specialty in strategic planning, transaction management, and financial structuring to ensure successful implementation of client investment strategies.

His experience in institutional multifamily sales, combined with dedicated leadership skills, provided the expertise needed to be one of the top producers for the last 10 consecutive years.  

Mr. Epstein earned Bachelor of Science degree in business management from University of Arizona.
