Ryan Epstein is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Houston, Texas. In this role, Epstein is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales across Texas, with a primary focus on the Houston and San Antonio markets. He has more than 20 years of multifamily investment sales experience and has completed more than $15 billion in multifamily transactions. He advises institutional investors, private owners, family offices, and developers on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets.

Prior to his current role, Epstein held senior multifamily investment sales responsibilities, advising institutional and private clients on acquisition and disposition strategies across Texas markets.

Epstein earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Arizona.
