Ryan McKeveny
Managing Director
Ryan leads Zelman & Associates’ research efforts covering the Mortgage & Real Estate Services sectors. His work caters to institutional investors, real estate services executives and other industry participants. Before assuming his current role on the Zelman research team, he was involved with the firm’s efforts covering the homebuilding and mortgage finance sectors.
He joined the Zelman team shortly after graduating summa cum laude from Villanova University in 2009, with degrees in Economics and Finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
A resident of Chicago and an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to his Alma Mater. He is always ready for a 5 AM game of pick-up basketball with the rest of the Zelman team and anyone else crazy enough to show up.
