Ryan McKeveny is a managing director of Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop Company | Research, and is based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, he leads the firm's research covering the mortgage finance and real estate services sectors, conducting and communicating economic and fundamental research on the housing market and housing-related equities for institutional investors and other housing industry participants.

McKeveny earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance from Villanova University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
