Ryan Watkins is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in South Carolina. In this role, he is responsible for assisting in loan origination, with a primary focus on the structuring and execution of agency financing. Over the last seven years, he has contributed to the origination of more than $6 billion in financing.

Prior to his current role, Watkins was an analyst in the multifamily underwriting department, where he underwrote more than 100 transactions across conventional multifamily and affordable housing assets.

Watkins earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of South Carolina.
