Ryan Watkins
Senior Director, Multifamily Finance
Ryan Watkins is a senior director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for assisting in loan origination, with a primary focus on the structuring and execution of Agency financing. Over the last 6 Years he has contributed to the origination of over $5B in financing.
Mr. Watkins joined Walker & Dunlop in 2015 as an analyst in the Multifamily Underwriting Department where he underwrote over 100 transactions covering conventional multifamily and affordable assets. Mr. Watkins transitioned to his current role in 2019.
Mr. Watkins earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from The University of South Carolina.
