Scott Oeser is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, Oeser is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing debt financings for acquisitions, refinances, repositioning, and ground-up construction projects across commercial real estate asset classes.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Oeser served as vice president of the builder division at Auction.com / Real Estate Disposition Corporation, where he worked with institutional clients to develop strategies for disposing of distressed commercial and residential assets. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president of acquisitions at Cohen Asset Management, Inc., where he sourced and acquired industrial, office, and retail investment opportunities in major West Coast markets.
Oeser earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and international area studies and European studies, with a minor in German, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
