Scott Oeser
Director, Capital Markets
Scott Oeser is a director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing debt financings for acquisitions, refinances, repositioning and ground up construction projects.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he was vice president of the Builder Division at Auction.com / Real Estate Disposition Corporation (REDC), where he worked with institutional clients to design strategies for disposing of distressed commercial and residential assets. Before that, Mr. Oeser was vice president of Acquisitions at Cohen Asset Management, Inc., where he identified, initiated, and acquired Industrial, Office, and Retail investment opportunities in major markets on the West Coast.
Mr. Oeser earned his bachelor’s degree in economics/international area studies and European Studies with a minor in German from The University of California, Los Angeles.
