Scott Peirce
Senior Director, Apprise
Scott Peirce is a senior director at Apprise. In his role, he is responsible for client relationships, growing the national platform, and expanding the appraisal team in the Midwestern region. Mr. Peirce brings over 20 years of experience in commercial property valuation and consulting, including property appraisals, market and feasibility studies, and tax appeals.
Prior to Apprise, Mr. Peirce was a senior valuation specialist at Colliers, working on property valuation in the Midwest region. Before that, he worked as an appraiser at Novogradac, Edwards Peirce Valuation Services, and United States Appraisals and got his start at Gretzinger Appraisals.
Mr. Peirce earned his bachelor's degree from Drake University.
