Sebastian Tamayo is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring equity capital and debt financing transactions across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide.

Prior to his current role, Tamayo served as a loan officer and held several positions within the firm’s GSE underwriting and real estate finance departments at Walker & Dunlop.

Tamayo earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Oglethorpe University.
