Shawn Visutsiri is a managing director of Affordable Housing | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Calabasas, California. In this role, Visutsiri is responsible for dispositions and capital transactions for affordable housing properties across the United States and specializes in low-income housing tax credit investment strategies and portfolio transactions.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Visutsiri served as a vice president at SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, where he was responsible for the evaluation and disposition of low-income housing tax credit portfolio investments. Before that, he served as a senior vice president at Halcyon Asset Management.

Visutsiri earned a master’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
