Shawn Visutsiri
Managing Director, Dispositions - Affordable Housing | Equity - Dispositions

Shawn Visutsiri is a managing director on Walker & Dunlop’s Affordable Equity team, based in Calabasas, CA. In his role, he is responsible for dispositions and capital transactions for affordable properties across the US.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Visutsiri worked as a vice president at Sun America Affordable Housing Partners, where he was responsible for the evaluation and disposition of LIHTC portfolio investments. Before that, he was a senior vice president at Halcyon Asset Management.
Mr. Visutsiri earned his master’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of California Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
