Sophie Pelz is a director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, she serves as head of investor relations and is responsible for operations, capital formation, strategy, and overseeing the firm’s investor relations department.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners, Pelz served as an analyst at Oaktree Capital Management, where she focused on investor relations and marketing initiatives across the firm’s credit, private equity, real assets, and listed equities strategies. Before that, she was a financial analyst at FarWest Entertainment, where she supported deal flow and strategic development.

Pelz earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, with a minor in economics, from the University of Colorado Boulder.
