Spencer Roy is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Austin, Texas. In this role, he specializes in the origination and execution of multifamily property sales, with a focus on Central Texas. He is responsible for the sale, disposition, and marketing of a broad range of multifamily assets across the region.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Roy served as an associate at HFF, where he was responsible for the valuation of multifamily, student housing, and land properties totaling more than $10 billion, as well as the preparation of offering memoranda, disposition proposals, market data analysis, and coordination of due diligence materials. From 2016 through 2019, he and his team transacted more than $3 billion in assets.

Roy earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in real estate and international business from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
