Stephanie Severson is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Portland, Oregon. In this role, she is responsible for the sale and disposition of seniors housing assets nationwide, with a focus on the Western region.

Prior to her current role, Severson served as a transaction manager at Walker & Dunlop. Before that, she was a senior analyst within the firm’s investment sales platform and previously worked as a marketing and transaction manager with Marcus & Millichap’s seniors housing group, where she supported transaction execution and marketing efforts.

Severson earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism, with a focus in advertising, from the University of Oregon.
