Steve LaMotte Jr
Managing Director
Steve LaMotte Jr. is a Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop. In this role, he represents both institutional and private clients across the United States, specializing in the valuation and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use assets. Mr. LaMotte has developed a specialty in handling his markets’ largest and most notable transactions as well as portfolio offerings.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. LaMotte was Executive Vice President of CBRE, where he led an apartment property brokerage and consulting group focused on developments across the Central Midwest and Upper Southeast regions of the US.
Mr. LaMotte earned a B.S. Degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and subsequently earned the CCIM designation.
