Sunjay Arya is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Houston, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales, with a focus on the Houston and San Antonio markets. He has experience in acquisitions, underwriting, valuation, market research, and financial modeling.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Arya served as an investment officer at Allied Orion Group, where he led the identification, analysis, and acquisition and development of multifamily properties nationwide. Before that, he was a senior analyst at National Apartment Advisors, where he supported underwriting, valuation, and financial reporting for transactions totaling more than $1.3 billion.

Arya earned a bachelor’s degree in music and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
