Susan Weber offers over three decades of extraordinary success in a series of high-level roles at top tier companies. Susan’s invaluable expertise and broad business range have powered a history of developing successful process improvements that drive productivity, reliability, and client satisfaction. Such traits have consistently enabled Susan to achieve an impressive command of the skills needed to manage ongoing business planning processes while developing strategies to meet future challenges.

In October 2023, Susan was named Executive Vice President of Community Engagement, responsible for creating, planning, and executing programs that engage, support, and build partnership with the W&D Communities, both  internal and external. Susan oversees Internal Communications, Events, the Walker Webcast, and Charitable Giving and is focused on bringing community to life at Walker & Dunlop. Susan has dedicated herself and her vision as a leader who engages in projects with an “All-In” attitude.

Prior to assuming EVP of Community Engagement, Susan was Chief of Staff, the strategic right-hand person to the CEO. Susan’s role involved communication across all levels within and outside of Walker & Dunlop, decision making, project management, and working directly with the C-Suite to identify and implement strategic business initiatives and provide suggestions for improvement across all departments.

Prior to assuming Chief of Staff, Susan served as Chief Marketing Officer at Walker & Dunlop for 14 years.  Susan led the vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of marketing, with accountability for the success of brand management, public relations, media relations, client and employee events, the company’s public-facing and internal websites, and social media account management.

With a forte for successfully building strong teams and holding a key role leading all facets of marketing finance and strategy, Susan successfully positioned Walker & Dunlop as a leading expert in its field with respect to the application of best business and finance practices.

Combining her proven business instinct with an unprecedented disciplinary work ethic, Susan has continuously exceeded expectations in high stake environments within Walker & Dunlop positioning herself as a key member of the company and a driving force for growth.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Governors State University. Beyond the company, Susan serves on the national board of Entryway.
