Taylor Williams is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity financing opportunities nationwide across multiple commercial real estate asset classes. He has more than 28 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Williams served as senior vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he originated and structured financing for multifamily and commercial real estate properties, maintained correspondent relationships with life insurance companies and other capital providers, and closed more than $5 billion in loans. He represented Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, bridge lenders, and equity providers and consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers. Before that, he served as senior vice president at Wilson & Nolan. Earlier in his career, he worked at Green Park Financial, which was later acquired by Walker & Dunlop.
Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
