Edward (Ted) Lee is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and capital raises for multifamily assets throughout Central Florida and the surrounding region.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Lee served as a land manager at Ryan Homes. Before that, he was a land acquisition specialist with the firm, where he focused on land acquisitions and development opportunities in the Jacksonville market.

Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Alabama. Outside of Walker & Dunlop, he serves on the board of Greenscape of Jacksonville, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing Jacksonville’s urban tree canopy and green spaces.
