Teddy Szyperski is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Szyperski served as an associate at Newmark, formerly Berkeley Point Capital, in Bethesda, Maryland, where he specialized in agency debt and structured finance. In that role, he assisted in the origination, structuring, and underwriting of more than $4 billion in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan transactions.

Szyperski earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in North Carolina and South Carolina and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Entryway’s Young Professionals Board.
