Teddy Szyperski
Associate Director, Investment Sales
Teddy Szyperski is an associate director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales and based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Szyperski was an associate at Newmark (fka Berkeley Point Capital) in Bethesda, Maryland specializing in agency debt and structured finance. In his role, he assisted in the origination, structuring, and underwriting of more than $4 billion Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan transactions.
Mr. Szyperski earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from Elon University’s Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. Mr. Szyperski is a licensed real estate salesperson in North Carolina and South Carolina and is actively a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) and Entryway’s Young Professionals Board.
