Terri Magnani is a managing director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners at Walker & Dunlop and is based in New York, New York. In this role, she serves as chief credit officer for the firm’s debt platform and is responsible for overseeing the credit approval process and ensuring appropriate policies, procedures, and systems are maintained in accordance with the firm’s standards. She brings extensive experience in bridge, construction, and conduit loan underwriting, CMBS trading, structured finance, loan analysis, and commercial real estate research.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Magnani served as senior managing director and global head of investment advisory at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, where she oversaw the firm’s global investment advisory platform and managed advisory services for institutional banks, private equity funds, and hedge funds. Before that, she served as senior managing director in the diligence and advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Barclays Bank PLC, Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Tricadia Capital, and Merrill Lynch Investment Advisors.

Magnani earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University Maryland and a master’s degree in business administration from St. John’s University.
