Terry Walsh is a managing director of sales on the research and securities team at Zelman, based in Newport, Rhode Island. In his role, he is responsible for covering the firm's institutional clients.  His coverage includes an array of mutual fund, hedge fund, and real estate investment accounts.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Walsh served as a managing director at Rosenblatt Securities, where he was an equity research salesperson with a primary focus on technology, media, and telecom investors. Before that, he worked in institutional sales for Wedge Partners, where, in addition to working in U.S. markets, he covered institutional investors in Canada, Hong Kong, and mainland China.

Mr. Walsh earned his bachelor's degree in English literature and his MBA with a concentration in Finance, both from John Carroll University.
