Therese Cannizzaro is an associate director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop. In her role, she is responsible for design of marketing materials, research, client and vendor correspondence, and other general brokerage tasks.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, she was a client service specialist at CBRE, specializing in retail and industrial.

Ms. Cannizzaro earned her bachelor’s degree for University of North Florida.  She is a notary and licensed in the state of Florida.
