Thomas Hoyla is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Orlando, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily assets, with a focus on Central Florida.

Prior to his current role, Hoyla served as an analyst and senior analyst at Walker & Dunlop before being promoted to associate director. Earlier in his career, he was an investment sales analyst at Guidance Hotel Group, where he focused on investment sales within the Central Florida limited-service hospitality sector.

Hoyla earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the University of Central Florida College of Business.
