Thomas Hoyla

Thomas Hoyla is an associate director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Orlando, Florida. In his role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raised for multifamily assets, with a focus on Central Florida.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Hoyla held the positions of analyst and senior analyst before being promoted to associate director. Before that, he was an investment sales analyst at Guidance Hotel Group, working primarily on investment sales in the Central Florida limited-service hospitality space.
Mr. Hoyla earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from the UCF College of Business at the University of Central Florida.
