Tim Gibb is a managing director of Capital Markets | EMEA at Walker & Dunlop and is based in London, United Kingdom. In this role, Gibb is responsible for sourcing debt and equity capital on behalf of institutional clients across Western Europe. He specializes in industrial and logistics, multifamily, purpose-built student accommodation, data centers, office, and retail assets, and structures mortgage-secured, share-secured, unsecured, and back-leverage financings, as well as broader capital markets solutions. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate lending experience.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Gibb served as managing director in commercial real estate lending at Wells Fargo in London, where he was a senior member of the firm’s CRE lending team focused on senior construction and investment lending across the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Western Europe.

Gibb earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce, majoring in finance and economics, from the University of Otago in New Zealand.
