Tony Cassie is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Portland, Oregon. In this role, he is responsible for the sale and disposition of seniors housing and care facilities nationwide, with a focus on the Western region. He has more than 20 years of brokerage advisory experience, advising clients on operations, strategy, and technology within the healthcare and seniors housing sectors.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Cassie served as a first vice president at Marcus & Millichap, where he consistently ranked among the top agents in the firm's Portland office. He also served as regional manager of the Portland office, overseeing strategic execution, leadership, and operations across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant with a Big Four accounting and consulting firm, advising healthcare and seniors housing clients, and held roles focused on hospital and nursing facility audits, as well as Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting.

Cassie earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Montana in Missoula. He is a member of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care and the American Seniors Housing Association.
