Tonya Chaffin is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, she is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Chaffin served as a team lead and senior transaction manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed deal operations, underwriting, client relations, and team development for multifamily and mixed-use assets across the Sun Belt, with a focus on Texas.

Chaffin earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Georgia State University.
