Tonya Chaffin is an associate director of investment sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, she is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales throughout the Southeast.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Chaffin was a team lead and senior transaction manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where she managed deal operations, underwriting, client relations and team development for multifamily and mixed-use assets across the Sun Belt, particularly in Texas.

Ms. Chaffin earned her bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Georgia State University.
