Trevor Brotman is a senior managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Irvine, California. In this role, Brotman is responsible for government-sponsored enterprise originations, managing client relationships, increasing loan production, and maintaining relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, balance sheet and capital markets lending platforms. Throughout his career, he has originated more than $17 billion in multifamily-oriented transactions.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Brotman served as a managing director at Wells Fargo, where he held a government-sponsored enterprise production role. He joined Wells Fargo in 2009 through its merger with Wachovia. Before that, he served as a director with Wachovia Multifamily Capital and joined Wachovia through its acquisition of an agency lending platform from Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc.
Brotman earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from San Diego State University and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and real estate from San Diego State University.
