Trevor Fase is a senior managing director of Multifamily Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Calabasas, California. In his role, he is responsible for the origination of multifamily loans through the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending platforms, with a primary emphasis on the Western region of the country. Over the past 19 years, he has originated more than $12 billion in real estate financing.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Fase held the position of senior vice president at CWCapital LLC, where he originated agency loans out of the firm’s Los Angeles office. Previously, Mr. Fase served as vice president for PNC ARCS, where he was ranked a top producer every year of his tenure. Mr. Fase has extensive experience in multifamily and commercial conduit underwriting as well as multifamily originations.

Mr. Fase earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from California State University, Northridge.
