Trevor Fase is a senior managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Calabasas, California. In this role, Fase is responsible for the origination of multifamily loans through the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending platforms, with a primary emphasis on the Western region of the United States. Over the past 19 years, he has originated more than $13 billion in real estate financings. He has experience in multifamily and commercial conduit underwriting, as well as multifamily loan originations.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Fase served as a senior vice president at CWCapital LLC, where he originated agency loans from the firm’s Los Angeles office. Earlier in his career, he was a vice president at PNC ARCS, where he was ranked a top producer each year of his tenure.
Fase earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from California State University, Northridge.
