Tricia Linden is a senior managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Irvine, California. In this role, Linden is responsible for government-sponsored enterprise originations, managing client relationships, increasing loan production, and maintaining relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet lending platforms.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Linden served as a managing director with Multifamily Capital at Wells Fargo, where she focused on government-sponsored enterprise originations. Earlier in her career, she was an associate director at HFF.

Linden earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and religion from Colgate University. She served on Freddie Mac’s advisory council from 2022 to 2023.
