Tyler Evenson is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, she is responsible for sourcing and structuring equity capital and debt financing transactions across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide.

Prior to her current role, Evenson joined the company in 2018 in the GSE Underwriting department and transitioned to Real Estate Finance in 2020.

Evenson earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in management from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
