Walker Harris is a senior vice president and co-head of multifamily at Walker & Dunlop, based in Atlanta. In his role, he oversees the growth of the multifamily debt investment sales team and leads the growth of the national platform, which transacts with and on behalf of some of the industry’s most sophisticated investors. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Harris was director of operations for investment sales. During his tenure, the investment sales team has closed more than $70 billion in multifamily asset transactions. Mr. Harris also serves on the company’s revenue, recruiting, and technology risk committees.

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, he was a senior sales analyst at CBRE, where he focused on strategic client engagements. Earlier, he worked in Washington, D.C., as a consultant specializing in technology and finance for national political campaigns.

Mr. Harris earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elon University.
