Will Crittenberger is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and supporting the origination of financing for commercial real estate assets nationwide. Since 2019, he has assisted in the origination of more than $1.82 billion in debt financing and has underwritten more than 70 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans totaling over $980 million.

Prior to his current role, Crittenberger held underwriting and analytical responsibilities supporting agency loan executions and structured financing transactions for multifamily properties across the United States.

Crittenberger earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
