Will Crittenberger
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Will Crittenberger is an associate director in the Chicago Capital Markets department. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and supporting the origination of financing for all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide.
In his career at Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Crittenberger has assisted in the origination of over $870 million of debt and has underwritten another 70 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans totaling over $980 million. Mr. Crittenberger is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Chicago office and has been with the Company since 2016.
Mr. Crittenberger holds a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Beyond the Company, he is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and volunteers at Nourishing Hope, a food bank that delivers groceries to families and individuals.
