William Carroll is a senior vice president of Affordable Housing and head of Specialty Credit at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Needham, Massachusetts. In this role, he leads the firm’s specialty credit strategy, focusing on the origination, structuring, and execution of complex debt and structured finance solutions across affordable housing assets. He oversees the deployment of capital through bridge lending, mezzanine financing, and other nontraditional credit products, partnering with borrowers and institutional capital sources to address unique financing needs.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he was an underwriter at CWCapital, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop. Earlier in his career, he was an associate at PwC.
Carroll earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Lehigh University College of Business.
