William (Tripp) Cave is an associate director of Affordable Housing | Production at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for originating and executing financing solutions for affordable housing properties nationwide.

Prior to his current role, Cave served as a production analyst within Walker & Dunlop’s affordable housing platform, where he supported affordable housing loan originations and transaction execution. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, he served as an investment analyst in the debt and equity group at Northmarq.

Cave earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgetown University.
