Wilson Molitor
Director, Small Balance Group

Wilson Molitor is a director of multifamily finance, specializing in small balance loans at Walker & Dunlop, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In his role, he is responsible for originating new loans for small balance and conventional multifamily properties nationwide. Mr. Molitor specializes in financing multifamily properties using a range of products, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS and bridge loans.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Molitor was a director at Greystone, where he specialized in originating multifamily loans nationally through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS and balance sheet platforms. Before that, he was an asset manager at NorthMarq.
Mr. Molitor earned his bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on finance, investment, and banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
