Zac Brown is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Portland, Oregon. In this role, he is responsible for the sale and disposition of seniors housing assets nationwide, with a focus on the Western region. He has underwritten more than $8 billion in seniors housing assets, with more than $4 billion executed into completed transactions, serving as lead underwriter.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Brown served as a financial analyst with the National Seniors Housing Group at Marcus & Millichap, where he prepared financial analyses and market research to support investment decisions across the Western United States. Before that, he worked as a financial advisor, focusing on estate planning and trust strategies.

Brown earned a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Northwest division.
