The transaction culminated in Peachtree Building Group's acquisition by Eastwood Homes, a strategic combination that expanded Eastwood's footprint in the Metro Atlanta market while providing Peachtree with the resources and scale to support its next phase of growth. The acquisition represented Eastwood Homes' 11th division and further advanced its long-term expansion strategy across the Southeast. For Peachtree's ownership, the transaction achieved both strategic and financial objectives while ensuring the business would continue under a partner with a strong cultural fit.
