Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners (WDIP) recently closed an $18 million JV equity investment, in partnership with Oak Park Investments, to acquire 1851 California, a 223,801-square-foot industrial asset in Corona, California.

Situated on 10 acres, the property is fully leased to a Fortune 10 company under a sale-leaseback structure. The institutional-quality asset offers I-15 freeway visibility, 2,000 amps of power, and a fully air-conditioned warehouse in a highly supply-constrained Inland Empire location.

The investment is part of WDIP Fund VII, which is now 65% committed and is expected to be fully committed by year-end.
