Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets recently arranged the sale of the AC Hotel & Element San Antonio Riverwalk, a 343-key, dual-branded Marriott property located in the heart of Downtown San Antonio, Texas.
Led by Carter Gradwell, Jonathan Morrow and the Hospitality Advisory team, in partnership with CBRE, the transaction was arranged on behalf of Winston Hospitality in the sale to Highline Hospitality Partners.
Overlooking San Antonio’s iconic Riverwalk, the 20-story mixed-use property features 181 AC Hotel guestrooms, 162 Element guestrooms, the signature 1Watson Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, approximately 60,000 square feet of office space, and two ground-level retail outlets.
